We offer seat-based subscription pricing for workspace teams. Current plan details, pricing, and feature availability are displayed within the Service at the time of purchase. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. A free tier with limited functionality may be available for evaluation purposes.

2.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, technical difficulties, or force majeure events.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

• Revoke Beeasy's access from your Google account settings if you suspect unauthorized use

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to pay required fees (if applicable)

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Harmful Content:

• Upload, post, or transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content

• Post content that is defamatory, libelous, or invasive of privacy
• Share content that promotes violence or discrimination

Technical Violations:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the Service (except as permitted)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

5.3 Content Standards

All content you post must be accurate and not misleading, respect intellectual property rights, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and not contain malicious code or viruses.

6. User-Generated Content

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at tanner.hatch@beeasy.ai with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR INTEGRATIONS

12.3 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13.1 Your Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beeasy.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

13.2 Indemnification Process

We will provide prompt notice of any claim, allow you to control the defense and settlement, provide reasonable assistance in defense, and not settle without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).

14. Account Deletion and Data Handling

14.1 Self-Service Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your Beeasy account at any time through the account deletion feature in Settings > Google Integration > Delete Account. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

14.2 What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Personal data that is permanently deleted:

• Your Google OAuth tokens and email integration data
• Email analysis, AI insights, and processing history
• Your user profile, preferences, and login credentials
• Notification settings and push device tokens
• AI conversation history and generated content

Workspace data that is preserved for your team:

• Deals, people, brands, tasks, and activities you created within shared workspaces will remain accessible to other workspace members. Your name will be disassociated from these records (set to "Former Member").
• Documents, files, and content you contributed to shared workspaces will be preserved.

14.3 Sole Administrator Workspace Deletion

If you are the only administrator of a workspace, you will be notified before account deletion proceeds. You have two options:

• Transfer admin rights to another workspace member, then delete your account (workspace data preserved for the team).
• Delete the workspace(s) along with your account. This permanently destroys all workspace data including deals, people, brands, tasks, documents, files, and all other workspace records. This action cannot be undone.

14.4 Google Token Revocation

Upon account deletion, we revoke your Google OAuth tokens with Google's servers and permanently delete all stored tokens from our database. This ensures Google can no longer be accessed on your behalf.

14.5 Data Export Before Deletion

Before deleting your account, you may export your data through the Settings > Google Integration > Export Data feature. We recommend exporting your data before account deletion as we cannot recover it afterwards.

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in your settings (see Section 14)

15.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, we may delete your account and personal data in accordance with Section 14, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

16.1 Informal Resolution

16.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

17.3 International Users

If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beeasy.ai.

We may assign these Terms or our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

19. Google API Services Compliance

19.1 Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For full details, see the Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure in our Privacy Policy.

19.2 Scope of Google API Access

Beeasy.ai requests access to the following Google API scopes during account creation:

• User Profile & Email — for authentication and account identification
• Gmail (modify & settings) — for email reading, sending, labeling, and CRM automation
• Google Calendar — for calendar event management and scheduling
• Google Contacts (read-only) — for importing contact information into CRM

19.3 Data Handling

• Google user data is used exclusively to provide the features visible in Beeasy.ai's user interface
• We do not use Google data to serve advertisements or for lending/credit purposes
• We do not use Google data to train generalized or foundational AI/ML models
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and automatically refreshed
• Tokens are revoked and all Google-sourced data is deleted upon account disconnection or deletion
